– Expat confesses to killing & dumping wealthy Thai wife 
In Nakhon Ratchasima, a Swiss man has been arrested, with a twist.  It seems HE married a well off local Thai lady who had inherited a considerable amount of money from her former husband after she became a widow,  that husband too was Swiss, and her inheritance, 13 million was well known to those around her.  It seems the new husband has admitted to throttling her during a row nearly a month ago, before carrying her on a motorcycle and dumping it in a cornfield.

– British teacher arrested for indecent acts with students
It’s now been revealed that 49 year old David Brown, the tyne and wear British native accused of molesting small children whilst employed as a teacher in Pathum thani, was arrested in front of his wife and small child and has confessed, according to Thai media, to everything.  Targeting 7 and 8 year olds, he had lured them into his own office area until one teacher heard children talking about it.  Now, it’s also been clarified that he had been employed at the fee paying school for SEVEN years,  parents of at least four children have filed complaints and he will remain in custody until a court determines his future.  He faces up to 20 yrs in jail and many other genuine and qualified foreign teachers here.. hope that they throw away the key.

– Young school boy butchers bully classmate 
An eighth grade schoolboy with special needs is said to have stabbed his classmate to death after he himself had been bullied.   With classes cancelled and parents rushing to collect their children, a full investigation was underway. School staff had quickly come to the injured lad’s aid, to no avail and separated the stabber from his knife before police arrived.

– Liverpool FC scam warning 
Fans of the Liverpool football team are being advised NOT to respond to begging letters, purporting to be from the team, asking for donations. That’s a new scam and one that has apparently gleaned a considerable amount of money before cyber police waded in.

– British base jumper’s died due to tangled parachute 
The brother of a British base jumper, who died after leaping from a Naklua high-rise, only for his mini parachute to become tangled, leading to his demise, has revealed the ‘simple’ mistake he made with his parachute that caused him to plunge to his death from a tower block in Thailand. He tells that the parachute was caught up in the harness and never could have deployed.   The illegal jump has seen much derision in the Thai and global press.

– Taiwanese money launderer arrested for overstay
A Taiwanese man arrested in Pattaya initially for overstay issues will be shipped home to police in Taiwan.  The 27 year old is wanted there on money laundering charges.  Here for 3 years illegally, police in his home country were tipped off by someone who may have lost money after he was spotted here.
